Amcomri Group, has today announced the acquisition of Blundell Production Equipment Limited, a manufacturer and distributor of high quality capital equipment for the printed circuit board sector, in a transaction valuing the company at £1.4m.

We are pleased to be able to conclude this acquisition as a part of the retirement plans of Paul and Neil Blundell and I am happy to confirm that Neil Blundell will remain with the company and will lead it on behalf of Amcomri.“
