The Yamaha Intelligent Machinery division, founded in 1984, has appointed Blundell Production Equipment, an Amcomri Group company, as their exclusive distributor for the entire range of electronics production equipment. Yamaha has become the global leader in the manufacture of complete sod printing, placing and inspection solutions with over 40,000 machines sold worldwide.

Blundell, celebrating its 40th Anniversary in business is the premier distributor of electronic production equipment in the UK and, following the agreement with Yamaha, has now set up  dedicated Yamaha demonstration facility in-house at their headquarters in Coventry. The demonstration area includes equipment such as :

Yamaha YCP10 high-end compact stencil printer

Yamaha YSM20R high efficiency modular mounter

Yamaha i-Pulse S20 Hybrid SMT mounter

Yamaha YSi V 3D AOI high end AOI system

together with a full off-line software demonstration facility for each piece of equipment. Blundell now has the ability to demonstrate the advantages of a total production line solution from the Yamaha range on-site as well as allowing their technicians the ability to run training sessions in a controlled environment.
