What We Do

What We Do

Amcomri was established in 2016 to acquire proven SME specialist engineering and manufacturing businesses with a particular focus on acquisitions arising from owner-manager retirement situations.

We have acquired and successfully managed the ownership transition of 12 operating companies and a further 4 bolt-on acquisition opportunities since start-up, enabling former owners to achieve their personal objectives whilst integrating the businesses into the Amcomri Group.

Embedded Engineering

Our Embedded Engineering activities are focused on SME businesses providing niche technical services to major industrial, power, process or rail infrastructure clients, often on a long-term contract basis. Typically, these customers and facilities have complex technical needs, and our work is undertaken in operating environments where safety and compliance performance are critical requirements.
